We're rolling up our sleeves and learning the ins and outs of puff pastry with Joy the Baker in this advanced two-part online weekend class series.
On Saturday, we'll assemble our dough, bang the butter and learn the best folding techniques. On Sunday, we'll turn our made-from-scratch puff pastry into stunning French-style King Cakes also known as Galettes des Rois.
